GRC Industrial Flooring
A family-run concrete flooring contractor serving the South East, laying power floated, brushed and tamped floors for commercial and farm buildings.

GRC Industrial Flooring is a family-run concrete flooring contractor, registered in Rochford, Essex. It says it has traded since 2002 and draws on more than 35 years of experience in the trade, laying floors for contractors, developers, local authorities and commercial clients across the South East, with larger jobs further afield.
The work is large-scale and practical: warehouses, factories, distribution centres, farm buildings and grain stores, schools, government buildings and airport projects. The firm says its crews can lay between 1,000 and 1,500 square metres of concrete a day, which suits big building programmes with tight schedules.
Three finishes are offered. Power floated floors are smooth, dense and hard-wearing, suited to warehouses and factories. Brushed finishes add grip for yards, loading bays and outdoor areas. Tamped finishes give extra traction for farm buildings, access roads and working areas outside. The team can advise on which finish suits a building's traffic and use.
GRC says all of its operatives hold relevant CSCS and NVQ qualifications, and that team members are trained first aiders. It covers Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Kent and London, takes on projects across the country for established clients, and offers site visits, advice and quotations.
