Terms of entry
These terms apply when you enter a Padel League UK league. By entering, you agree to them. We have written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email info@ukpadelleague.co.uk before you enter.
Last updated 14 October 2026. Padel League Network Ltd, company number 16717189, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 31 Cornish Park Road, Spennymoor, DL16 7WE.
Who we are
Padel League UK is a trading name of Padel League Network Ltd, company number 16717189, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 31 Cornish Park Road, Spennymoor, DL16 7WE. Email: info@ukpadelleague.co.uk. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Padel League Network Ltd.
Who can enter
- Players must be 16 or over.
- Players aged 16 or 17 need a parent or guardian, who agrees to the player taking part and handles all communication with other teams and players. Our safeguarding policy has the full rules.
- You enter as a team of two. If you do not have a partner, the app has a Find a Partner button, and our team can help.
- Each player can be in one team, in one league, in each season.
How to enter and pay
Entry and payment happen in the Padel League UK app, which is provided by Vola Play SL. Both partners agree to these terms when they enter. Entry is not complete until the entry fee has been paid and the app confirms it.
This website does not take entries or payments. A few leagues do not use the app this season (Glasgow, Edinburgh, North East, Yorkshire, North West, London, Dorset, West Sussex, Wiltshire and Derbyshire). They enter with an online form, and the team pays once on the form's payment page. Entry is not complete until the form has been submitted and paid.
Price
A team entry costs £65 for the season. In the app, each partner pays £32.50. If your team includes a returning player, the team pays £50. In the app the £15 is taken off automatically. In the leagues that enter by form, a returning team uses the payment link from last season's WhatsApp group. One returning player is enough, and the discount is never added up.
Court hire is not part of the entry fee. Players book and pay for their own courts, usually through Playtomic or directly with the venue.
Sign-up dates and places
Each league page and the Season schedule show when sign-up opens and closes. Entries close at the sign-up deadline. We may close entries sooner if the league has no places left, and we may refuse an entry.
Divisions, fixtures and results
After entries close, we place teams in divisions by level and venue. Our team makes the final decision on divisions, promotion and relegation.
Each league's info pack explains the season length, scoring and playing rules. You arrange your fixtures with your opponents, using the app's match chat or your division WhatsApp group, and you must enter results as the info pack says (in the app, or in Padelmates for the leagues that enter by form). Please agree new times early if a match cannot be played.
If we have to change a division or a fixture, we will tell you.
Joined leagues and cancelled leagues
If too few teams enter, we may join a league with a neighbouring one. If we cancel a league, or you cannot travel to a joined league, you can ask for a refund. Our refund policy explains how.
Refunds
Our refund policy at www.ukpadelleague.co.uk/refunds/ is part of these terms. In short, you can get your entry fee back up to the sign-up deadline. After the deadline there are no refunds, except in the cases the refund policy sets out. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights.
Conduct
Everyone must follow the codes of behaviour in our safeguarding policy and the conduct rules in the league info pack. A first complaint leads to a verbal warning and a second to a written warning. After a third complaint, we can remove you from the league with no refund. We can also refuse an entry. We may take action sooner if someone's behaviour is serious.
Courts, equipment and fitness
Padel is a physical sport. You must be fit to play, and you must follow the venue's rules and the instructions of venue staff. You are responsible for your own equipment. Venues are responsible for their own courts and premises. We are not responsible if a court is not available, or if someone does not turn up to a match.
WhatsApp groups
Each league has a WhatsApp community and each division has a group. Joining the community is optional and does not mean you agree to marketing. Group admins approve who joins. Please keep messages about padel and follow the rules in our safeguarding policy. Admins can remove anyone who breaks them.
Photos and video
We take photos and video at our events and may share them on this website and on social media, as our privacy policy and safeguarding policy explain. Tell our team if you do not want to be photographed.
League Ambassadors and the Masters Series
League Ambassador rewards and invitations to the Masters Series are decided by us. The League Ambassadors page and the Masters Series page explain how they work, and we may change them. Playing in the Masters Series is by invitation only. Tickets to watch the Masters Series Finals are sold through the ticket form on the Masters Series page, and numbers are limited.
Our responsibility to you
We will run your league with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have expected, and we are not responsible for what other people do, including venues, other players and the providers of the services we use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we change how a league works. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you entered a season stay the same for that season, unless the law or a safety reason means we must change them.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
